Nail Saviours

I have always suffered with bad nails. When I was younger I was a bitter, like as far down as possible. It tapered off around the age of 16 when I started becoming more into nail art, but I still struggled to grow them out. The main problems I now fight with are peeling and weakness which destroy my nails on a regular basis. The psychology student in me would say it's all down to genetics and can't be changed, but that's not something I want to accept.

I have been using a combination of both Orly Clear Nail Lacquer and Sally Hansen VitaSurge Strength Gel to help get my nails into a better condition. I has so far been working, my nails are now stronger than they have ever been. I don't' have to think about every movement that I make and how to avoid potential breakages.

Any other product recommendations for good nails?

MAC: Fraud or Not?

It's getting to the time of year when  people start gathering together all there gifts in the rush to the holiday season. They start trying to get the best gifts possible for the best price they can. Upon looking at the details and the images available, I noticed that there were very few specifics and one general image of the lipstick with the lid off. I immediately wrote to the seller asking for pictures of the bottom label on the box and the lipstick tube (Well as details such as finish and shade). I knew th…

Barry M Colour Changing Lip Paint in Neptune

Remember way, way back, back to the very beginning of my blog. One of the very first products that I reviewed was the Barry M Lip Paint in the shade Genie. For those who don't know, Genie is an unusual colour changing lipstick. While it looks green in the tube, it turns a shade of pink on the lips that is supposed to be different for each person. It is supposed to be a result of the lipstick reacting to the alkaline level of the lips.

A Different Take on The Maybelline Color Tattoo?!

I don't know about you guys but I am obsessed with the Maybelline Color Tattoos! Quite often during the summer I will just pop some of the On and On Bronze onto my lids and I will be good to go. When I was on a last minute dash to Walgreens the day before my flight home from Florida, I spotted some of the Maybelline Color Tattoo Eye Chromes hidden on a bottom shelf at the BACK of the beauty aisles. I was so excited that it flew into my basket.
